I really like that term - "Constitutional Carry"! Sounds like they really "get" that whole "... shall not be infringed." part!! This should definitely be the model for all States.

Today is the day that "Constitutional carry," openly or discreetly, become legal without government permission in Arizona. From an Arizona Citizens Defense League announcement:

"... exercising freedom comes with a cost – responsibility. Each of us is responsible to know the law, and to have the proper mindset, skills and ability that come with “bearing arms.” Proper and continuous training has always been our individual responsibility. The good news is that we no longer have to rely on government mandates to determine what training we need and should get.

To promote training in the skill at arms and the exercise of our fundamental right to keep and bear arms on a statewide scale, AzCDL is a partner in the new “Train Me Arizona” campaign: trainmeaz.com/. We encourage you to become involved also. This is the armed citizenry envisioned by our nation’s Founders – aware of our freedoms and exercising them responsibly. Remember, the nation, and the world, are watching Arizona. We have made history together. How we, as gun owners and activists, respond to the restoration of our right to bear arms, sets the trend for other states to follow. Wear this responsibility with pride!

That is pretty awesome! I wish Minnesota would follow. Especially with murder so high and rising in Minneapolis. I exercise my right to carry every time I have to go down there.
