I do not get this meme.
After all it is a good practice to cover your hair when in such an environment.
A hair can shed at any time and could fall onto your eye or face where it would distract your work, and to remove it you would have to go through lengthy decontamination procedure.

I think whoever made this meme is clueless.

Geland,
His point is this is the PPE required for reasearch on virus and bacteria.
On the other hand places that are badly effected with co vid are recommending face masks and to further the cause some are either not wearing a mask or are using bandanas.
The pressurised suit is near 100% effective, banadanas? Not even close.
