Unbelievable is the words I have after just reading a few articles about a law proposed to take effect in Feb 2011. It seems to me that if they can't get our guns, they will go after the next best thing, ammunition. What in the world were those people thinking when they wrote the draft on this law?

It looks like big brother wants even more control over anything we do anymore. According to one proposal in the law, no more Internet buying of handgun ammunition, you will be allowed up to 50 total per month handgun ammo and theirs lots more in the articles. Click link to see for yourself.

Well it looks like at least one California judge had common sense and struck down the bill. It will probably be appealed by the state but for now at least it is a win for firearm owners.
