Welcome to Hunting Nut !!! Howdy

Never heard of them till now. $1,100+ is a lot of cash for a unknown scope. Not saying anything good or bad......only time will tell !!!

Let us know what you do and by all means give us a report on it if you choose to get one.

There is a series on one of the Outdoor Channels called "The Best of the West". These folks, I believe, designed this scope to go along with there designed and built Gunwerks Long Range rifles. They utilize this equipment on there long range biggame hunting series. It seems to work pretty well on TV anyways. Smile

Welcome aboard Bozo...as Gelan said mate, grab a beer and pull up a stump.

Can't say I've ever heard of this brand before...be interesting to see you feelings on them if you decide to purchase.

Cheers, Vince

I have ask this question on a couple of other sites, other sites thinks i am stupid for not buying nightforce or leupold as they are the only two scopes made in the world period!I apreciate you guys at least saying you don't know much about them as I don't either.I know they are fairly unknown although I looked through one the other day looked as clear as any of the vast array of leupolds I already own.Local gun shop has two of them and I can pick up one for 979.99,that is far less than a leupold of same power with custom turrets and retical installed. The last 4 out of 5 leupolds I have purchased I have had to return them for repairs right out of the box(quality control must be non existent there)A little more reserch I guess? anyways thanks alot for positive inputs.

My last scope was a Weaver 36 power !!! I've also found the Luppy's to be lacking in their quality control for some time now.

I do believe the Nightforce to be the scope of choice in the long range crowd and will probably end up with one sooner or later.

I do like the turret set-up on the Hushemaw. If they are as good as they claim and can be repeatable I see the idea catching on !!!

Looked @ huskamaw again today scope was clear @67 deg down town lots of traffic,2500 yds or so you could see cattle on hillside tell herfords from angus and could tell herford bull w/yellow ear tag,@ a little over 1200 yds in the middle of the snake river on top of the train bridge you could see the name tag on a baldor electric motor(couldn't read tag of course) but could distinguish it was a baldor did notice you could adjust parallax out but numbers were way off? I have a S&B 5-25x56 pmII in mail with wifes blessing I might be pushing it with huskamaw too! wtf

From what I've seen on these scopes they are worth the money..If you can afford it go for it.. I don't think you'll be sorry. I like Leupold's ..What's the weight on the huskamaw's?
