Taxpayers have been subsidizing Chuck Herrin's underpayment of his illegal labor force for decades, with skyrocketing taxes to pay for schools, roads, bridges, food stamps, health care and so on. Now Herrin thinks "we" are supposed to support his illegal employees in their old age, too.

Here's another idea: How about a federal law mandating that employers of illegal aliens take responsibility for the people they hire? Why is the taxpayer on the hook for illegal aliens' food, housing and medical care, when Chuck Herrin got 100 percent of the profit from their cheap labor?

Hmmmm...If I read correctly, what he is doing is illegal, i.e. it is a crime. Maybe the Federal Govt should step in and confiscate anything and EVERYTHING he has gained from the money earned from the illegal, criminal employment of the illegal aliens. Out here in Australia they call that "Proceeds of Crime" and as such it is forfeit to the Govt.

That is probably closer to the truth than we really know mate.

Well if you consider who's in charge around here.....that's where the Democrats get their voter base so they'd rather make it easier for them to become citizens. Matter of fact illegals have no penalties for not having health insurance and they will still be able to get their babies born here on the taxpayers dollar. Once they're born, the newborn is now a citizen and you know how that one goes, just use your imagination. Their U.S. citizen children qualify for Medicaid and the Children's Health Insurance Program.

The Obama-Rubio-Reid amnesty bill, S. 744, eventually qualifies illegals for Medicaid. Senators rejected the notion of removing this icing on the amnesty cake — no health insurance mandate, no penalties, and "free" health care when they want it. The chances the amnesty recipients would obtain health insurance on their own accord, is about the same as the chances they'll actually pay their back taxes. Good luck with that one.

Again those that work for a living are outnumbered by those that vote for a living.

Great timing, too, just when they've bankrupted the country with Iraq and Afghanistan. Halliburton and others sucking up dollars like we can print more forever. Now the added dole for the illegals.
What really galls me is the way the government is pushing benefits at illegals while being dicks about giving sufficient support to veterans.
