How the hell do you legally own a mini gun?

First: Have sufficient money - LOTS of money.

I haven't (yet) become acquainted with any minigun owners but I do know someone at Dillon Aero who I should cultivate.... Very Happy

Over the years I've shot more than a few selective fire & full auto firearms & whilst it's a great deal of fun, I don't desire to own one (except a Stirling or a Bren maybe.....).

You need to get a background check and clear that and then you buy a gun and pay for a tax stamp (where the big money starts) then you spen the year reloading everything you have (more big money). After all that you join one of these shoots (a few more dollars) and you pack up the gun, ammo and everything you will need and head out to the shoot.
Spend a few hours shooting up all the ammo you loaded (a years worth) then spend a few more dollars buying more cases, powder, primers and bullets so you can load more for the next years shoot.
