Yes he does, South Island is a lot more scenic than North Island.... in saying that though NZ is a beautiful country full stop. We cram so much into so little but that means travelling is a doddle. Scenery can change dramatically over 50 Km.

now when I should have a robe... I could also do that. Smile
I even have my own roedeer in my back yard. But I'm sure nobody would dare to shoot them... they are garded by an extremely 'friendly' horse, a mix between czech warmblood and english full-blood (or should I say an english fool?) Nobody would dare to enter my back yard when I'm not there.

A man with patience to wait for them to grow-up.

Elvis...I'm green with envy mate...about as jealous as they come. I would love to live in an area like that, although those massive great "yarmaz" don't appeal to me one iota...my knees and back wouldn't allow me to walk up and down them.

Cheers, Vince

I don't know about the rest other you, but I'm getting something else under my belt as the years go by that I am always striving to get rid of.

Elvis, do you get much snow other than to look at in the mountains?
