Just to add some info and if I repost anyones previous info my apologies. Wolf sells two types of 45 ACP ammo the first is the WPA steel case ammo,it is boxer primed and can be reloaded several time without any adverse effects on the carbide dies it's great for cast bullet loads.

The second version of Wolf is the Wolf Gold Line brass case boxer primer ammo it is made for Wolf by Prvi Partizan,Wolf is just an importer out of CA and they contract out all they ammo.

CCI make two kinds of Blazer ammo,Blazer is made from aircraft grade Aluminum at one time it was berdan primed it may still be. The Aluminum cases are not meant to be reloaded due to the integrity of the Aluminum onces it's fired,however it does make good bullet jackets for swaging.

CCI Blazer Brass is boxer primed brass case ammo loaded with plated bullets,CCI may make there own TMJ bullets to load this ammo but they sure look like Berry's bullet to me.

As far as the SP primers in 45 ACP cases I've heard two trains of thought as to why that is. #1 is that the new lead free primes are available in SP only. #2 is that I read a previous post on another forum that was sent to the ammo mfg. and they stated that and don't quote me that it was basically a cost cutting measure to make there brass al with the same primer pocket size.
