One thing to do when annealing the case is to anneal the neck only and not below the shoulder. I have for years annealed cases with a propane torch with the cases in a pan half way filled up with water so the case can absorb the heat. You never want to get the case neck RED!!! Always a light blue and thats IT!! If for some reason the neck turns red, or the heat is to high and hits the base of your case and turns it red, put it in the brass scrap pile.

this was range brass that i picked up thought id give it a try...nvr formed cases before...next time i get some range pickups ill try again...if it works ill be buyin 7mm rem mag brass and havin a party on the firing line i love the rifle i hate payin for the brass

I haven't done it much but I have resized .223 brass for my .222 and 300 win mag for 7 rem mag. Other then that i have not done any others.
