Danged DallanC... All I can say is Whow!!!

This new fangled site may take a while to sort out but boys we got the toys now!!

A few questions... The new board would not let me log on as a previous member, it required me to register as a newbie. Are us old guys going to lose all our brownie points?
Are the old Hunting Nut posts going to be moved here or are we starting totally new again? AND... I ain't found the bunny wabbit hunting section?

Oh man you have no idea what all we can do now. Whats really cool is most of this system is "plug and play". I can download new moduals people make and install them in seconds here. Its going to be very cool...

But I fully agree there is going to be a bit of a learning curve. Even from the admin side I'm litterally swamped trying to understand alot of it... but little by little I'm getting it.

I will be making a new forum tomorrow probably where people can post "help" or "I dont understand how to do..." type posts. I dont think it will be bad at all actually once people start noodling with it, I mean look at the cool stuff just this forum software can do with quoting and whatnot

The entire other website is backed up and archived onto DVD's. This site is new from the ground up. There wasnt a way to transfer over user information, which is disappointing in a way but not horrible. When I get more free time I can look into writing a little application that can update brownie points here from the old site

I need to do a little digging and see if there exists a converter program that can bring them over... its possible but dont hold your breath for it to happen

On a serious note I'll be creating more forums tomorrow for the major subjects like we used to have. Things were stable enough here to bring everything online and let people start noodling to flush out any remaining bugs before we do a serious re-launch of the site.
