Went to the Charlotte, NC gun show today. Prices were down on guns and ammo, with plenty of both available. Bullet prices still seemed a bit high which seemed odd. I forgot to look at powder prices. Didn't see many primers but then again it seems like most folks don't bring many to these shows. I looked hard at a Ruger GP-100, stainless 6", for $500 but didn't buy it (yet...). I saw S&W ARs for under $1000. 500 rounds of .223 for $210. I'm setting money aside for the next show in a couple of weeks.

My Gunshow report for Penrith Sydney 15 Aug 09

(I am piggy backing your report Pumps..)

Went there at about 10am, looking for a Ruger 96/22 - did not see any.
There is a couple of very good looking Belgian rook rifles in 28ga and 410 - I am looking for a 32 long version of these so I did not buy them.

Bought a Lee Production Pot IV for $90, a pack of 1000 Hornady 45 cal gas checks for $20, 2x bore snakes for $30 each and a camo long sleeve t-shirt for $20 .

Very crowded and sellers are doing good brisk business.

The next show would be around November..
