Most manuals will show 54gr to 59gr, start to max with 180 gr bullets. The type of brass and the type of primer you use can cause significant pressure variations. Use a chronograph and work up loads carefully paying attention to SDs and extreme hi/lo velocities.
Reloder 19 has become my preferred powder in the 06 with Barnes TSX; it has given me the best accuracy and velocity.

GO the Alliant Powder website, They have online data. All of the powder companies have load data online for free. Most other manuals have similar results. An faster loads are most often over max and not the best idea.

I can say this .. You will love the RL series of powders .. Me I am slow to change , and finally started using it because I was told it burns cleaner , and believe me it does burn cleaner and meters well ..
Use R15 in the 375 and 303 .. R22 in the 30-338

From Nosler fifth edition:
RL22
Min:57.0 grains(also the most accurate load with this powder) @ 2682 FPS
Max:61.0 grains @ 2872 FPS
FWIW RL19 is listed for the 200 grain not the 180 hope it helps somewhat

Don“t use VihtaVuori-powder. It is hard to find here in Finland! No joke!
