I placed an order for surplus ammo for our club high power rifle matches last Sunday via fax to the CMP. The ammo was delivered today. A CMP-affiliated club gets a discount and competitive shooters can buy, but not resell this ammo. It is a great deal. If you shoot surplus arms, check out the CMP website at www.odcmp.com.
