So people are criminals BEFORE they commit a crime and should be arrested.
Possession of a "gun" makes you a criminal, and you should be arrested.

Besides...Vermont has always had Permitless CCW .

Pffftt... I wish. We can only take our hand guns to the range, and on the most direct route, no going shopping or lunch or anything. We can't use them for hunting either. Sad

Junior and I did the course (yeah I know) to upgrade our licences from non-restricted to restricted this fall - yeah I know again. Anxiously awaiting the new licence, was hoping to get myself a Christmas present from the local gun store but it looks like I have to wait till after. Hmm ... maybe it'll come in time for Ukrainian Christmas. Have to ask Mom again how to say Merry Christmas in Ukrainian Smile

Hurry up there Bush I'm gonna head out the door right away to get myself turned in and beat the rush.... shotgun hasn't been called yet!

I don't think we should need any kind of permit. A national constitutional carry would over-ride any permit being necessary.

Exactly! with constitutional carry there are no cards or records of who is doing what.
Which might be why I have doubts about it ever happening. There is also no money involved... Smile
