Productive day..

I woke up fully charged, so after a cup of coffee,
I head to the shed from 7 am, and start cutting and shaping metal.
These are what I ended up with by 6 pm.

11 hours straight in the shed... now I am paying for it.. Oooowwwwwwie.. my back and my poor feet!

Anyhow, the two at the right are still rough straight off the grinder.
The steel I use are 1070 for the top bowie.
1084 for the rest of the full tang bowies, skinner and nesmuk
D2 for the middle two stick tang paring and boning knives.

So what did you guys do today?

went out with the family 4wd picnic with my hunting buddy and his family.
came home went into Timaru and picked up SxS .12ga from another shooting buddy we have bought it for young Nathan to graduate to...if he can get it off me Very Happy

very nice blades as always.

Damn I wish I had a linisher, or could even afford one. Sad

Still working on storage in the shed and the never ending hunt for the floor it had before I moved.
Getting there almost have enough room to service the motorcycle now.
It is starting to feel like ground hog day though.
