Field to smoker

Last week my son came up. We ground up some of his mulie and my whitetail plus some pork. We cranked out 50 lbs. of sausage and introduced most of it to the smoker. One of my greatest pleasures of hunting is the good eats afterwards and the great help making it. Very Happy

Hey everybody...party on at Moose's house. There's only 50lbs of sausage so we better hog tie Stovey until we all git some. Very Happy

Don't worry about Stovey. I've got him busy fixin' other peoples "junk". Besides...He's probably snowed in by now.
