I hate it when a gun shop sets me up

I stopped in a local gun shop to say hello and chat with the staff. One fellow behind the counter told me to grab the Winchester Model 1200 12 gauge off the used gun rack. I did and it was a mint condition shotgun with a 30 inch full choke ventilated rib barrel. The hang tag price was $129.00 and I was looking for a turkey gun. I asked the clerk why the gun was so cheap and he put his finger to his lip and said he knew I would be coming in. A few minutes alter, I left the shop with the shotgun. Hard to believe that a replacement barrel would have cost more than the entire gun. I hate it when that happens. Take care...

Hey Joe...what is actually wrong with the barrel? A shotgun barrel, unlike a rifle barrel, can be repaired. If its a simple dent or two, then they can "panel beat" them out.
