I have a pair of Burris Fulfield II 10x42 binoculars. I have had them for 2 years and have been very pleased with them. This summer my 5 year old daughter got a hold of them and twisted off one of the eye pieces, in the process stripping the threads so that the eyepiece would not go back on.

I was worried that I would have to purchase a new pair before hunting season but did not want to pony up the $$$ to do so . I decided to send them in to Burris and see if they would fix them for me. I got on line and looked up Burris's contact info and sent them in with the Warrenty card attached, (I had failed to send the warrenty in when I purchased them) hoping they would be able to fix them for me.

Today I got the bino's back from Burris and was surprised to find that they had simply sent me a new pair. I enjoy buying from a company that values customers and will continue to buy Burris products in the future.

Sounds like they have a good customer service.

Excellent!! I like companies that treat customers well. And you got them back in time for hunting.
