Sinclair international makes a adapter for Redding, RCBS, Lyman, and Harrel powder measures that allow you to use the Sinclair powder bottles.

The nice thing is it also works with Hodgdon and Accurate 1# bottles

adapter about $20.00
sinclair bottles $5.00 - $8.00

I'm not storing the powder in the measure/dispenser, I'm talking about leaving overnight, or even a few hours.

I'll try the dish soap idea and I really like the ceramicoat paint idea! I looked at Midway's site and Cerama-Coat can't be used on plastics. However KG Gun Kote can be applied to plastics and also comes in white and light colors, which I thought would be helpful in seeing that it was clean.
Thanks for all the input! See why folks love this site!

Dish soap is a great anti-static treatment. Regular dilution, wash the plastic part in it, let it air dry, or just sneak it in the dishwasher. Laughing
One thing that strikes me about the Ceramicoat solution is that it will obscure the level of powder in the measure, which overcomes the original feature of being able to visually assess how much powder you really have, which is one of the original reasons for a transparent reservoir. And the solvents might react in unusual and marvelous ways with the new coating. Cool

I'm not so concerned with the transparent parts of the dispensers (although that is a bit irritating) as I am with the base of the electronic dispenser. Here is a photo of the inside of the base of the PACT dispenser. The "high speed" and "low speed" feeding tubes are visible. You can kinda see the scratches where I've been having to scrape powder out of the base. You can also see a few grains of powder that stuck to the base after maybe 2-3 hours of exposure. I'm having to scrape these lose with a dental pick or a piece of cleaning patch held in tweezers. As soon as I've given the dish detergent a try I'll report back.

I use an aluminum funnel. It has changed color over the years but never had any static cling problem or powder eating it away.
I did have to modify the funnel as it wasn't originally made for reloading.
Perhaps aluminum foil would work to line your plastic parts - but be sure to use a grounding strap on it. I don't know what king of charge you could build up with aluminum over the plastic.
It obviously won't work in all applications - use it for what its worth.
