neighbors up here told me they saw a cat last week behind a group of deer not to far from me. they figure he measures 9' to 11'
bears are now coming out of hibernation too.
that is an awesome picture.

Chances are that the cougar would go hungry another night.
I am sure the flash of the camera would startle both animal and most likely ruin the cougar's hunt.
But, beyond my rational thought, yeah.. its a great photo.. very lucky to get it .
