Wow I'm kindof surprised that it's not from California. I mean we dress up our animals all the time. And yes I'm one of them I have a princess outfit for my cat for Halloween.

Vince, I believe that the last post you made would be a benchmark.

We live in a sad sad world. To think we have to hide our guns and our dogs as to not offend anyone. For F*** sakes! However, the Idea to fit a camo system for your dog is a brilliant view of the market, if there is a niche unfilled and you fill it, you will make money. poor dog.

I agree. I'm scared to death of dogs ingeneral after some bads times with them but I still think you have the right to keep them. My cat can do about the same amount of damage as some dogs when she gets ticked offed. I truly believe that its the owner and not the animal that is the problem. While I don't like them I am not afraid to go near my uncle's PitBull. I trust how he has raised and trained it. His stepson's on the other hand, give me the cattle prod and we'll be just fine.

Dogs nip people, they also rip peoples clothes at times. But thats NORMAL dog behavor, never understoud why people want to make dogs something they are not.
Guess they think because many people nowadays act like the wrong gender role and/or don't act like a normal human being and the like it must work with other animals.

Be aware Big D that Pit Bulls can and have killed people...Not just nipped or ripped clothing...Used to be Dobermans, then it was German Shepards, then it was.....Pound for pound the most visious dog I know of is a Chihuahua...

Bushmaster,
I realize that but people seem to claim a dog nipping and ripping clothing is attacking the person.
Its alittle dumb in my opinion but eh, what can I do ??
Mind you pitbulls/german shepards/dobermans and any other "dangerous" can be bribed with beef jerky.

Don't count on it...When I was a kid (just a little younger then you) we used to throw a couple of roasts over the fence (in those days meat was cheaper then a transmission) of a wreckin' yard to decoy the dobermans...Sometimes it worked and sometimes....It didn't.

Bushmaster,
I've past car lots with fences and gaurd dogs in there that barked at everything, and they were alittle annoying so I started feeding over time of beef jerky made them stop barking at me & act friendly. Never went across the fence though, but it does make be instant friends with other dogs I've done it on.

And lets remember that to a 6 year old any "nipping" can be freaky when the dog is bigger than you are.
And I agree with those Chihuahuas. And the toy fox terriror, too.

We own and work a dog grooming salon and it is my experience that the potentially nastiest are small. Maltese x always try and bite but generally cant, poodles can and do along with those chichiwowwows. We bath big dogs - bull mastiffs, dobermans, rottweilers, american staffies, bull terriers, shepherds, malamutes and anything else big and I have only had one latch on and draw serious blood and that was a sharpei and he got me on the lower face when I (stupid) bent over to lift him up when he had escaped into the front of the shop, a defensive action on his part. I forgave him and sent him home washed and smelling like baby powder as punishment .
