Are you looking for 270 Winchester loads using Sierra's 110 gr. Hollow Point? If so, I have a couple that have worked for me....

Hi Deer Sniper, the bullets I picked up are not hollow point there are spitzers.
I was wondering what powder you use as in the 277 I have only used IMR4350.
I have started to use hodgdons powders in my 204 ruger and find them to be very accurate.

Sask boy...We need to determine if you have a .270 or a .277 (I've never heard of a .277, but there might be one or two).

my favorite= fun rifle Arisaka 38 cal 9,3x57, nearly dead kaliber. No scope. Steel buttblade. Arisaka action, I think better than Mausers. It is very strong too.

Well Vint2, as I understand it, Herstal F/N of Belgium is the Winchester Licensee who can build in the U.S. or anywhere else. The American Firearms Company, LLC was the highest bidder for the inventory, machinery, and building that is in New Haven, Connecticut. They are in the fight to keep it American. But, I'm confused because there is an auction for the old Winchester factory in New Haven that's to take place on the 27th & 28th of September. What that is all about, I don't know.

Keep it coming...

Simple really (in my mind anyways Insane ), they bought the plant probably wanted Olin to renew the rights to the Winchester name and patents that are owned by Olin not FN (older models mainly) to them, but Olin didn't do that, now they are trying to cut their losses. Smile

The bullet caliber is called a 270 win. but I sometimes use a pet name of 277 which is the bullet's diameter.
I apologize for the confusion just my own name.

Sorry about that!!!
