Android or iPhone?

On my Android I have an image resizer app. It let's me open any image, set it to any resolution then save or forward it.

I have an iPhone and an apple iPad. The software I use to resize pics is called Image Size. It’s nothing flash, but it is easy to use and meets my needs. The problem I sometimes encounter is opening the original pic and saving it, but that could be because I apparently have filled the Cloud and I won’t pay for more space. I’m going to have to do a cull of pics and save them to an external SSHHD (HDD?) on my computer.
