4 inches in 8 days!,
Oh I wish my lawn would grow that SLOWLY.
Take grass, lots of rain, resultant humidity and Queensland sunshine and bing, mowing twice a week.
Cant wait for winter.......

What you need is a home in Australia and a home in the USA. That would solver your problem. Winter in Australia and winter in the USA.

Ive done winters in the USA and UK.
I think I prefer the winters here in QLD 5 to 21 deg C, not 5 to 21 deg F.
Oh and we get sunshine a thing sadly missing from the UK that time of year.

Now you’re talking Bushy. Did that place down the road from you sell mate? I can’t remember exactly what price they had on it, but $38K comes to mind, but that doesn't seem high enough.

Damn, we cannot get anything in Sydney for less than 1M
Outback in NSW average is at least 400K

Yup...about a month ago. They have been doing a complete redo of the whole building.

I paid $115,000 for my place with 7 acres. I can't remember if we had the floor completed when Vince was here.
