that "THING" reminds me of a plumbers poor attempt at hooking up a sewer pipe.

I'll pass. And I'll keep my old Winchester .30 WCF. Took my first Blacktail (3 X 3) with it in 1971 in Washington east of Seattle.

I can see the utility of the "tactical" lever guns but I prefer the classic style. Now if I wanted one just to leave in the truck to knock around the synthetic stock, etc. might be more appealing.

Not my cup of tea...the buttstock looks like an after thought. “Hey, we should really put a buttstock on this thing. Get Stewie the mail sorter up here so he can have some input to the rifle...make him feel like a part of the team.” That’s about what it looks like to me. I’d also be surprised if it absorbs much in the way of recoil with those angles.

Tacticool just makes a lever gun look retarded.
Not even John Wayne or the Rifleman could make it look good!
I'm not a lever action fan but I would buy wood long before giving that a second look.

It depends what you prefer. My preference is to stick with the classic lever action rifles that I bought off the used gun racks for not a lot of money. All the best...

Yep, I’m with the guys above...TACTICOOL and lever action don’t belong in the same sentence. Give me wooden stocks on a lever gun.

Now if it were a bolt or pump gun, that would be different, but I’d want that weird kink in the buttstock sorted out to being straight.

Were I in the US, I'd buy one for no other reason than to pi** off the gun grabbers, as it's another EBR based solely on being a "scary" colour.

I wonder if they realise "unconscious" racism is at the heart of their paranoia...
