Not that I think they will ever do it but if they did how would that affect your right to keep and bear arms?

For me we had the right before the declaration of independence, before the before the articles of confederation and before the constitution. I have that right no matter what any law says. I think it may start an uprising though and I will be there, behind that tree with my 257, my 9mm, and my 357. The government and even the population has no power over our rights and I will see them in hades before I roll over.

The Left is drinking it's own bathwater. They have now mobilized children to march for them. They are stating numbers that are 3 to 4 times those that attended. They are not reporting the new membership numbers for the NRA. Pathetic!

It's sad really. I watched a video clip that a guy was interviewing some of these kids and they couldn't even answer basic questions about the protest, current gun laws and what an "assault" weapon is. If you're gonna protest at least know something about what you are protesting.

And to think that teachers want a pay raise so they can UNeducate more children.

I just keep remembering this:

"Our main agenda is to have all guns banned. We must use whatever means possible. It doesn't matter if you have to distort the facts or even lie. Our task of creating a socialist America can only succeed when those who would resist us have been totally disarmed."
Sara Brady January 1994 Democrat

And THIS:
"Firearms stand next in importance to the constitution itself. They are the American people's liberty teeth and keystone under independence … from the hour the Pilgrims landed to the present day, events, occurrences and tendencies prove that to ensure peace security and happiness, the rifle and pistol are equally indispensable … the very atmosphere of firearms anywhere restrains evil interference —they deserve a place of honor with all that's good."
George Washington

Schools. What a joke.

Liberal swill-ponds of useless infobits. No practical info. The things that get back to me from kids about schools and what's being crammed down their throats- and it's mostly "how to say I'm sorry for being an American".....

I've seen some pro-2nd rallies starting to come together. There is one in Raleigh, NC on April 14th that I hope to attend. It's time for us to step up and make some noise. "The squeaky wheel gets the grease." Start squeakin'!

I read somewhere (but can’t find the link now) that they are trying to organize rally’s at all state capitals that day. If it does happen, I’ll be in Helena for it...

I found the flier, but haven’t received any response to the emails I sent inquiring about the event.

thenccpa.com/

From the website, it appears you can contact local Points of Contact via Faceb**k. I don’t use it, but someone here might find the link useful.

We are the front rank to defend our constitutional rights. If our Second Amendment rights ever go away, the rest of the Bill of Rights will quickly follow. All the best...

Gil,
I sent a note to then requesting more information. I don't do social media at all (other than two forums, this one and one other) so If that is the only way to become part of this organization I can't/won't join.
I look forward to their answers.

Paul,

Please share their response if you receive one. I sent them a message Thursday and haven’t heard back.

I’m the same when it comes to the multiple social media platforms. I refuse to use them.
