Yup, We have a big round trap but the hogs have not gone in but a couple of times in three months. I have had a camera set up on it watching for them to go in more than one night in a row to set the trap.





Nothing but deer and turkeys going in the trap. I quit baiting it a couple weeks ago


Vince, do you have a link to the site where that picture of the drop trap is from? Interestingly, years ago I was going to build a trap that dropped, but never did. I trapped about 70 hogs in three months and couldn't find anyone that wanted any more so I quit trapping. I usually shoot more than I have need for or people that want them as it is. You run into dry spells where they are not co operating much so it evens out. LOL
