Sorry I have been a little quiet the last fews days guys......been as crook as a dog, sicker than 10 men.

Went to my daughter's place on Sunday for our grandsons birthday. Had a BBQ, fell off my daughters GT mountain bike (over a thousand dollars worth) TWICE (she wasn't happy), skin off and bruises.

Decided rather than waste the meat that was left over after cooking I'd take it home and have it the next day for lunch......give ya three guesses who "took a bait" (food poisoning)....yep me....didn't store it cold enough!

Nothing tastes worse than the hairs around your butt...at least I reckon thats what I could taste. Was that sick I tried to bring up the soles of me boots!

Oh well, at least I got a good "clean and flush" out of it. But I'm back with a vengeance.

Food poisoning sucks!!! My wife gave it to me once(her cooking in general) man I was barfin my brains out, seemed like it was never ending....
