That sounds scrumptious Suz. My favourite has always been nice fresh bread, spread thickly with good quality butter then crunchy peanut butter and topped with Golden Syrup.

And you are correct Aloysius. I read the same thing. It is also mentioned that smashed peanuts were invented and reinvented many times as peanuts have been with us for thousands of years.

Honestly: I had never heard of George Washington Carver...
