It is great to hear words that ring so true with today's situation. My sister is a nurse and was fired last week. The reason - she spoke negatively about Obama Care to a patient that was an Obama supporter and the patient filed a complaint against her.

that is grounds for an unfair dismissal case if ever Ive heard one. I do surely hope she takes them to the cleaners, have a look around as Im sure you will have law firms that specialize in employment law who would love to take this on.
as much as I dont like them, in a case like that a good lawyer is just about worth his/her weight in dried donkey turd. Very Happy

If she need to "get out of Dodge" send her over this way as we are always looking for good nurses in NZ.

Hey, I've found that most nurses can speak good english. It's the doctors who people have no idea of what they are saying.

And it seems that the doctors also have no idea of what they are doing. A nurse was showing the doctor how to make a sling for mums arm (soft tissue injury).

If I learnt about slings in BASIC first aid, why the hell didn't he?

But yes, send her over here. And bring some doctors too!

And while you're at it, send over some pro-firearm politicians. Maybe we can liven up this country a bit.
