Hello,
I have downloaded the software, but it fails to start. I get an error saying: "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135)" and then it terminates it.
Could it be a framework issue and if yes which .NET framework is needed for it to work?

Thats the error code for the .NET frame option. Here is the link for net framework installer www.microsoft.com/down...x?id=17851

The link above is the latest versions that fixes bugs in the earlier version, click the dotNetFx40_Full_setup.exe after you download it and it will install files on your pc as needed.

P.S. it may take a little while to install a the files. And welcome aboard.

Yep Omni nailed it. Check the .NET framework first.
