Hummm...Forgot about you 1895ss. My upper comment was for "that 10ring" guy...
Well that marlin .30-30 (and I'll hate myself in the morning ) isn't a bad starter rifle that he can use for a life time...I really don't care what people think of my "Jack Handle". It has served me well sense I was 18. As I buy higher power rifles I will still have that ol' Winchester not far from me. Winchester (at least the older ones) are better...I understand Winchester has done away with that cross bar safety. GOOD It's about time...

Excuse me Dimitri...Do you need your dippers changed??? I've done a few. Five kids (4 boys and 1 girl) and 8 grandchildren (6 girls and 2 boys).
(Sure hope he has a sense of humor or I'm in trouble again) (Teach him to mess with me when I'm having my evening whiskey)

LOL Bushmaster thats funny.
Dont worry I got a sense of humour. That was part of the reason for me to ask you about that lol
Evening whiskey huh ?? Thats something that sounds like I should do. One of my gifts this year was a Whiskey flask from my cousin It fits nicely in my vest. Havnt used it yet. Its in my workbench drawer actually.
Anyways this thread has been fun to watch.
