I have found quite a few powders that give similar accuracy; H4831sc, RE19, RE22 and RE25. (RE19 gave the slowest velocities in all bullet weights.)

I would try using RL22 and if that doesn't perform adequately, I would go for RL25. I use Federal 215 match primers for all loads in the 300WM.
