i get my best groups at 45.0 gr with this same combo.great deer round.

i use 36.6 grs of winchester 748 behind 52gr amax bullet in my remington 700 1-14 barrel.1 hole at 100yds.also use sierras 52gr hp match bullet with the same load and same success.hope this helps
