Well it will be 4 weeks on Monday that I surgery and I'm doing great.

The First week of physio was brutal but it's getting easier. I continue 3x per day doing the exercises.

Happy to hear that the water is under control and continues.

Recoil therapy will have to wait, just like me.

Take it easy my friend and continue to get better.

Surgery went very well, and the pain is, IMO, minimal unless I do something stupid, which I've done a couple of times.

I get surgery on Monday, 10 August @ 0900hrs.

My Bestie is up from North Carolina (1500km or 932 miles) now and here for a month.

I had my knee scoped in '92, and that's the one getting replaced.

Well, I had cortizone shot in my left knee back at the end of January and it lasted 1 or 2 days. I made my decision - new knee. I've been a candidate for knee replacement over 20 years. I'm 77.
