| The NAACO was a longer case than the acp and had a mv in the 1500 fps range IIRC , it is known now as the 45 winchester magnum , haven't herd about it in many years , doubt it's still available |

| I've shot BP in the 458 Lott , many of the old calibers started as BP loads .. Duplex loads in the Lott are fun , put a small charge of fast pistol powder on top of the primer and fill with BP over it ... |

Several I sold I wish I had kept , 1979 I bought a SBH for $250 brand new and traded it in the early nineties for a 700 BDL 308 .. Sold it for a 700 7 mag a few years later ..
Brother had a pre ban ... |

| When I had a bunch of sheet lead , I used a propane tank with a pot to melt a couple hundred pounds to ingots , have a lyman electric 8 pound pot for the ingots to boolits |
