Another mass murder - 8 dead 5 seriously wounded..
What would they scream to ban next?
I feel like to shake them.. maybe it will get to their head that it is NOT THE GUN !!!!

What could the system anywhere in the world do to prevent this guy from suddenly snapping? I don't think there is a reasonable answer to this.
Place the blame where it belongs – solely with the person using any weapon!!

Right! Thats it! - Lets ban all knives as it was the knife that killed them. If we didn't have knives we wouldn't have this terrible tragedy........ yeah right!

Ive always said it will take a mass event with golf clubs to make the polititions wake up.
I mean in order to play golf you will need to be licenced, lock your woods and irons together but putters have to be locked in a steel safe with an alarm, your tees kept seperate and your balls kept away from the others.

We don't even have to chain them to the chopping board.

I did see some people talking that there really was no need for a pointed knife in the kitchen and without their points these knives remain as usefull as before and were much safer (when a domestic argument occurs...)
isn't that a kind of religion where they say: "Kill all people so that they cannot harm anyone anymore!" ?
G-B did teach its neighbour countries to steal the guns of their citizens... at that time I couldn't believe it, but it seems we didn't react strong enough when these things happened overthere... I still see the feeling of "why worry when it's not happening to me?"

The UK Royal College Of Surgeons commissioned someone to design a non pointy "safety knife" & were promptly ridiculed by chefs & butchers for their clueless attempt that would be useless for many kitchen tasks.
Meat cleavers aren't pointy either but I for one would prefer NOT to be poked with one....

Goddam!
This is a knife law in proposal for Oz.
www.liberal.org.au/Lat...crime.aspx
Key phrases:
"The Coalition will provide $179 million over four years to tackle violent gang and knife crime and build safer communities."
"We will prohibit that importation into Australia of dangerous hunting knives and standardising the issue of permits for the purchase of dangerous knives online . We will also work with the states and territories to harmonise knife crime laws and penalties."

interesting phrasing that "dangerous HUNTING knives" aaah hello does anyone else see the problem with this????
a K bar is what it is
a skinning knife is what it is
a pig sticker is the only "type" of hunting knife that blurs the line even slightly but an arguement could be had over bowie types too I guess, whats the point look at what crims will use in prison a shard of glass is one of the worst of all as it breaks off and continues to do the nasty!!!
