Just put my deposit in the mail for a June trip to Argentina. We will be going down for a week long Dove and Piegon shoot. This trip we will be going to a new location in the mountains west of Cordoba. Looking forward to the week of winter in Argentina and the nice folks.

I will be carrying my Browning 525 guns, 12 and 20ga. The guns are named Sandman I and Sandman II. They put birds to sleep.

Hummm...I've named a lot of things, but I never thought to name my guns except the "Jack Handle"...How 'bout....? No...That wouldn't work...

Hey SwampFox...Have a good time (winter is a bit far off right now though)

Interesting thing about Cordoba is that it is the same distance from the Equator as Destin, north VS south, so the weather is the same, just reversed for the time of year. I take my standard hunting attire and all is well.

If you ever get a chance to go on a trip like this, I can not reccomend a gortex suit more. They are light weight, block the wind and rain and with a heavy sweater, the jacket keeps you warm in some pretty nasty winter conditions. The full suit rolls up and fits in my carry on bag, so with my hat and gloves, I have one hunting outfit with me at all times. Every trip I have been on someone gets their luggage lost.
