Heh sorry, I've been watching how these things are developing in 3rd world countrys.

My son is going to Guatamala next month as a missionary, will spend 2 years there... as long as it doesn't get so bad they force Americans to leave.

That’s not a great move mate considering the spread of COVID through the South American countries. Fingers crossed that the vaccine works and he remains safe.

My mother in law came down with the covid, she didn't believe it was real when adrian JR. came down with it.

The mother in law didn't make it she was 90 yr.

Condolances, sorry for your loss. 90 is a pretty amazing age to get to.

and K1W1land is back on rollercoaster...back in lockdown...3 days for most of country...7 days for auckland and coromandel

been a crap day and then had this announced at 6PM.... one active case in community today.

My wife's aunt is 66 years old when she passed away a couple of days ago due to COVID
And the father of my brother inlaw's wife passed away about a month ago also due to COVID
Granted that they are in Indonesia where the medical support is not as sophisticated as US or Australia, but death is the same in any country or race.

The disease is real, please get vaccinated if you could.

Yep a complete pain in the arse and an utter EMBUGGERENCE.
However just take a look at Sydney and now ALL of NSW to see what happens if it starts spreading.
Smile mate, follow the rules,its only a week (hopefully).

I am so over this damn COVID virus. There are things I want to do, but can’t because of the rules and restrictions put in place by our State Govt. I want to go camping and hunting, but the property I have access to is across the border in New South Wales, the State that is being decimated at the moment by the virus. Sad

Crossing the border, even into a remote rural area, will mean either I can’t get back or I will have to go into quarantine costing thousands of dollars. Crying or Very sad

To make matters worse, our bloody State Premier has just allowed a private aircraft charter of football WAGS (wives and girlfriends) into Queensland from New South Wales because their partners are playing bloody football!!! Mad

These people (players and partners) don’t have a good track record of following the rules, so woe betide the Govt if the virus is spread because of the Premier’s decision.
