The 9th district court (the most liberal of all of them) just took away California's ban on magazines that hold more than ten rounds. You can now own 50 round magazines in California! Party Flag The Wave Pistol Shooting Shooting

Me for one ,,, It's our right as stated in the second amendment of our Bill of Rights . Never understood how some people give up their basic rights to shelf defense .

Guess we're more than lucky we get to play with our toys , we don't have to ask some liberal politician for permission . Thats why we fought a war back in 1776 Cheers Shooting Flag Sniper Flag Cheers Rant

Just for the hell of it I just ran the last 10 rounds that I had left in a magazine I was using two days ago.

DPMS AR 10

I have my own back yard range that is 40 yard and less as needed. I also have access to a 200 yard range across the highway from my house.

Personally, for me, I don’t see the need for a 50 round magazine...3 x 20 round mags as I carried in the Army gave me 10 rounds more and was easier to carry and reload...even better with the 30 round mags for the M16. That, plus it feeds the Mall Commando syndrome. I half expect to see Mall Commandos, staggering under the weight of, and with, massive pouches all over their chest, filled with 50 round mags...saying “why, because I can”.

From experience, the more rounds you have in a mag, the more likely you are to become complacent with shot placement...because you have plenty to have another crack. I think that’s why most single shot shooters tend to be bloody good shots...they only have one round with which to deliver the goods.

Having said that, just because I don’t feel I need a BIG magazine, I will never condemn those that are allowed them and want one...just not for me.

Shocked Why 50 rd mags Vince? Not because it helps ones shooting ability-but because it pizzes off liberals here in the states! If our liberals wish to drive a 80k$ sports car that has 500 hp to work for a 5 minute trek, and all the other common joes drive 12-30k$ cars that have 200hp for the same journey who are we to say that the liberals can't ? They seem to live in fear of our guns with big magazines,,and wish to correct us.We may live in fear of their driving ability with a high powered sports car that they are not a professional at driving!Just an example! wtf

Vince ,,,,I take no offense in what you stated , I hate the mall commandos and the want-to-be Rambo types. Come next week I got my discharge papers 50-yrs. ago ,after friendly fire got my hearing busted ear drums w/blood . some idiots should never be able to pick a firearm up .

Some day when I win the lottery I'm gonna get me one of these

youtu.be/Oao0D97Cfuo

Always did want a belt fed . Cheers Shooting
