Australian politics is retrying to change gun laws again.

Better write to educate them..
The submission deadline is 15 August 2014.

Do you honestly think they would take any notice Gelan?

The decisions have no doubt already been made mate...they are just going through the submission process so they can say they gave us the opportunity to have our say.

It was sent off to a sub committee in June, before the new Senate. Hopefully it's just a Greens initiative that no one else takes any notice of. Interesting though, its a "Legal and Constitutional" sub committee. None of the things they are looking at are Commonwealth responsibilities. Its all State matters, but I suppose that didn't stop John Howard in 1996.

and this time they want to take out semi auto PISTOL too..
Goddam almost all Olympic competition pistols are semi auto, I reckon they want us to train overseas like UK shooters.

Geland, you have to admit that most of these semi-auto have the nasty habbit to aim the empty cases somewhere nobody is expecting and there's always the danger of being hit...

By the way, when semi-autos are not allowed, what about a double barrel shotgun? Or the drilling? Or these Derringers with even 4 barrels? Or the Gatling-gun?

And what about these nailguns? Most of them are semi-auto...

I think you are looking at the proposed changes rather than submissions.
