KYGunner...I realize that gettin' old causes the young to cringe in fear, but It's not so bad. You can still do all the things you used to...Just a bit slower. Besides I just completed my 65 year old physical and I'm the picture of good health. And KYG(el)gunner...I AM NOT old... By The Way Vince. She was a good lookin' Nurse and NOT a bull dike afterall...
Seems to me there are a couple on here that are older then me. Like 1895zz...
And it's snowin' here. hopefully just a dusting.

Has anyone heard from Dallan about 2.0's progress? Would it be possible to write a MAC version also?
Thanks |
I am working 14-16hour days, 6 days a week (sometimes 7) programming for my current company. Its been this way for the past month and will continue for another 3 weeks or so. It SUCKS. I have hardly any free time to take care of home / family needs let alone work on PB2.0
I know how bad people want it and I appologize. Things should free up at the end of Feb... I hope.

Oh yea, I dont own or have access to a Mac so there is little chance I will work on a Mac version... unless someone wants to donate one to the cause :).

You moved at the right time Bushmaster... we've been having one of the most insane winters in memory out here in the rockys. 16" to 24" new powder... PER WEEK. Ski-resorts have over 100" base now... thats 100" of compressed snow.
Its one of the most amazing years for snowmobiling in a decade... but on the flip side we are going to have over 80% winter kill of the deer and elk. Its really sad. Colorado has been helicopter feeding deer for a month now, Utah is belatedly going to start feeding this week (Imo its too late). I saw elk last night on my way home from work all the way down in the city, 5 miles from the mountains looking for food.

Yup...I've been keeping track of the weather out West. For all the bad there is an up side to all this snow (Where IS global warming when you need it)...It will have a real good effect on the west's draught...Especially the Southwest...The Cascades and the Sierras are having a record snow fall too...

You want to hear the irony? 3 of our major lakes are drained way down to work on the dams... the excess runoff wont matter until late '09 when they get ready to refill them!

Oh-oh...Sounds like a california thing. Drain the damed lakes so there will be room for the run off and there isn't any...That works...

Dallan, no need to apologize! I’m impressed that you give us what we’ve got already. People at work come to me about any ballistics questions because I keep PointBlank on a flash drive. See, you even make ME look like I know what I’m talking about…
Bushy, nice pic there!

I use a Mac OSX Dallan.
Don't worry about it.
When a guy buys a Mac, he knows that he will come in last on some programs.
Thanks for everything that you do for us on this forum Dallan.

Eric come to the dark side with your next computer purchase. I got a few basic rules for computers and Mac's (as well as Dell's) are the first and last rules.
You know its been a cold couple of days, but with so much sun today all the inch of snow we got over night just disappeared and then some, we got green (well that dead looking greenish brown) lawns here.

The Wife's school district uses all Mac's Dimitri, so to do grades etc. she needs a Mac.
I really like the programs on a Mac, and we just upgraded to Leopard.

Schools use Mac's cause Apple (atleast in Ontario) dumped them on the schools for practically nothing. Its a marketing idea which works I guess.
Guess this means I'll need to teach Hope how to run a Windows computer or a Linux box cause I dispies mac's and wont have one in the house.
