I was just going through some of my older ammo and came across an old box of Winchester Supreme Black Talon 45 automatic 230gr. SXT S45A ammo. This is the ammo that became infamous for tearing people up when shot with it. After doing a search I found I'm not the only one that kept some. I've seen them selling for as much as $65 a 20 round box. The box I have still has the original sales sticker on it. $10.99!

That ammo is really still available, it's called the SXT (no black coating).

I have some 9mm and 40S&W.

If the twist rate is 1 turn in 16" then I figure the bullet will make about one revolution after it hits the target, assuming it penetrates about 16".
