Anyone out there use this great but somewhat obscure wildcat cartridge?

I'm from Australia and I have one on a Rugar M77.

Cheers & God bless,
Magnum

Have been using the 375CT for four trips to Africa with great results. Most animals have been one shot kills. I chose this ctg. because all I had to do is switch barrels on my 7mag.to comply with the 375 min. for dangerous game in Africa. Game taken was from elephant down to Impala. Loads easily equal the factory 375H&H, trajectory about the same as 06-180gr. Soft points used were Barnes 3X, solids-Hornady. Hornady Interlocks are too fragile-don't use.
This ctg. should be more than adequate for your buffalo. Good luck. Sorry about being two years late with a reply but just found this site.

Welcome guys,
I think you will now find that the 375 CT has been legitimatized by Ruger in the 375 Ruger. No doubt they changed something to make it "different" but the description of the cartridge is a 375 CT. Belted, standard diameter, used in a standard long action, equals the 375 H&H, etc. Sounds familiar doesn’t it?
