A different Unhandled Exception

While trying to get a new custom target sized correctly, I made a change to my BMP that was not wanted so i decided to go back to the base file. I closed PB and deleted the errant file of the target that was last selected to display, wanting to start over. Upon reentering PB I couldn’t get past the start-up due to an exception error. I had to quit completely and restore a target to the same name as previously loaded before I quit. This is a repeatable error.

A workaround is to select any other target as the current one before quitting, then you can delete any other target file and get back into PB without a problem.

Error debug details attached in zip file - well it won't seem to upload when its 300k so i removed a pic of the target I'm developing.
