New Rifle/First yote

Got out this afternoon with my son and grandson. Was anxious to try out my new barreled 6MM Eddystone. Got to our spot about 3:00. Just perfect out. 3" new snow and the sun over our shoulder. Called about 3 minutes and a big dog came out the second draw over, about 250 yards. With him standing in the snow and the sun shining on him it was a great sight. What really made it great was having my grandson along. Took the old dog straight on into the chest. It was hard to know which was more exciting, getting the yote with the old resurrected Eddystone or having my grandson along. It was a great day on the frozen prairies of ND.--tr

I'd say you got a "Two Fer". That's 2 very nice things at once. There's nothing like getting grand youngun's out for a little outdoor time. Nice going there. Happy New Year to ya.
