A Navy Chief's father had died.
His hometown Minister contacted the base Chaplain, who forwarded this message to the Chief: " Move Heaven and earth, but be here by the funeral on Friday!"

The Chief telegrammed the Minister: "Raised Hell, arriving Wednesday!"
