I'm wondering if the guys who have had trouble with One Shot could tell where it was sticking? Base? Neck? As has been pointed out here a couple times already, I wonder if the base, down inside the loading block, is getting lubed enough?

When I first tried the One Shot on a friend's .30-06 cases we laid the cases out on a paper plate and sprayed them. Then we rolled them around some and gave them another shot. That way I knew that there was lube all the way down the side of the case. We also degreased the inside of the die and gave it a shot of lube too.

I just bought some One Shot (after using Dillon's spray on lube for years) and will be trying it on some .280 cases. I'll let you know what happens.

My .30-06 cases kept getting stuck on the expander ball. Even after making sure it was clean, smooth and lubed with One Shot. I also insured that the cases was getting One Shot inside the case mouth...Still I would get one or two stuck cases...Didn't use my loading block as One Shot greases it up and it's not that easy to clean. Like you, I laid them out on a cookie sheet and sprayed the hell out of them... Very Happy

Well, I'm using the One Shot on some .280 Rem cases. First I thoroughly cleaned all the old lube (Dillon) out of my die and gave it a dose of One Shot. Then I laid the cases on a paper plate, with the mouth toward me, and sprayed them. I shook the plate to turn the cases some and gave them another shot. They've been sizing with no problems. I even left some overnight and tried them this morning, also no problems. Based on what I've read here and on Midway's website reviews this seems to be some sort of hit-and-miss problem.
