Vince You have nothing to worry about. My reloading area is my garage and there is no way you could get a skate board in there to park it. I refuse to post pictures of my dump, its that bad but I do know where everything is.

There's a little alcove/corner where all my gardening/yard implements go....shovels, rakes, broom, pick, mattock etc. Makes it easy for the missus to get at them...and they are out of the way of the car when its in there. There's nuffin' wrong with havin' olive drab picks and shovels is there?
To pre-empt the question on the missus doing the gardening....I usually prune with a chainsaw and Roundup (glyphosate), and my green thumb turned brown years ago. The missus on the other hand gets things to grow.

Bushy and Phill21,
Y'all can feel sorry for me for not having a loading/gun room; I feel sorry for me too!
My survivalist wife wants me to set one up.

Sounds like a good mix to me - you can't survive if you don't have the environment to live in......

Bushy,
You just committed a sin (as viewed by environmental scientists). We are not Environmentalists! An environmental scientist requires proof before he will make a statement as a fact. An Environmentalist will make a statement, shed a few tears, and blame Republicans (and point a finger at the evil Bush/Chaney) for destroying the environment.
I know 100s of Environmental Scientists and can tell you as a fact that in this group, all but one are conservatives who would never vote for a socialist democrat; they love guns, and love hunting. The one liberal scientist that I know is voting for McCain, because he believes that Obama is an empty suit.
And yes, there is always interesting conversation in our home. My wife is a scientist also. We are both survivalists. We spend hours and hours talking about being self-sustaining, world events, politics, or some new science theory (or more appropriately a new theory of our own).
Cary

Bushy, you'd be surprised how many people don't know the difference. It aggravates the scientists, because we don't like to be compared to with the wackos. For the most part, we are a group of good logical people, who will discuss or argue a point from the point of pure science.
And as Larry the Cable Guy says: .....and Lord, bless all the starving pygmies in New Guinea.
