Deb removed the tracks on Friday and it looks good.
Still using the walker and start physio tomorrow (Tuesday) and I'm looking forward to that torture.

No marathons for me. Haven't run one in 47 years.

Your physio will be easy on day one but on day two you will know how far you have to go.
It's not an easy road but it is worth it! My older brother had both hips replaced at the same time - he was afraid after having to go through it once he would chicken out for the second one. After a week he was not in as much pain as he was before the operations and after a month he was pain free. Do your exercises and work with the trainers to get the most out of physio.
I'll add my prayers for you rapid recovery.

Thanks Guys, y'all too funny. Razz

Yesterday was my first day out of the house in 3 weeks and I did a fair bit of walking - with the use of a 2 wheeled walker.

Physio was more of an assessment and given more exercises to perform. Mainly for muscle toning. I asked about when to graduate to a cane, but was told to take my time and continue with the walker.

I was pretty tired when we got home. Didn't do any exercises yesterday but will do them from today on.

I feel good and the pain is mostly gone UNLESS I do something stupid.
